Bright and Tight
Here are some fun colourful examples of bright tights. Perfect for this warm but brisk weather, and a nice departure from black. I saw TONS of yellow tights when I was in London in March. I think these girls pull off a few different colours quite well.

Um, I know where in London... Um, when you get here to Mtl there are a couple stores that sell only tights and socks, that might be your best bet. But really, in NY you can't find them anywhere?!
Oh actually, I just remembered, I think they sell them at H&M!!
