Some people are really impossible to buy presents for. Really. In fact, I think I may be one of them. Either that, or I am surrounded by people who only pretend to know me. Apparently I'm so hard to shop for that people lose their mind and start buying me random things. A few of the many examples of past bad presents I have received:
-twin sized sheets for my queen sized bed
-A blank cookbook (fill in your own recipes!) anyone who knows me can see how ridiculous this is
-Size large high rise thong underwear
-a Ken doll when I really wanted a Barbie
-the USE of a computer (not the actual computer, which I was informed after receiving it ... just, you know, the USE)
If you have a friend/family member that is a little hard to shop for and also happens to like indie designs, PLEASE do them a favour and buy them a Headquarters gift certificate! You can make it for any amount that works for you, and you will still be a thoughtful person because you have taken the time to come down to the store (battling construction and braving the elements)
And PLEASE don't wast your money on Christmas themed presents! Yikes! (see above)

OH MY GOD!!! I also got size large high rise thong underwear for christmas one year too!!!! Not to mention they were this ugly swamp green color. I was really offended...
Mine were NUDE colour, and this weird kind of shimmery nylony fabric ..... bleccchh!
